Spanning 150,000 square feet, the Baroda Polyform factory houses its molding facility, equipped with cutting-edge equipment for quality checks, packing, and logistics. Our in-house design team holds licenses for 3D CAD, 3D printing, and FEA analysis, offering a mold-in graphics facility for customized products.
The rotational molding machines, crafted by Reinhardt Teknik, represent state-of-the-art German technology. Our Green Machine, one of India's largest roto moulding machines, operates entirely on solar power, showcasing our commitment to sustainability. To ensure control over raw materials and colors, we have an in-house extrusion machine with an underwater pelletizer and a pulverizing machine.
Complementing our manufacturing process, we have a High-Pressure Polyurethane Foam Filling Machine and an aluminum fabrication shop for custom molding jobs. A micro extrusion Welding Machine for Polyethylene fabrication is also part of our factory.
Our manufacturing process follows a closed-loop system, recycling rejected products in-house through a scrap grinding machine, creating various rotomoulded products without the need for virgin raw materials. This approach aligns with our sustainability efforts, reducing landfill waste.
Quality control equipment, crucial for the Rotomoulding industry, is imported from the UK.
Working with a diverse range of raw materials, we maintain in-house stock for most of them. These include Metallocene Polyethylene, Crosslink Polyethylene, Polypropylene, HDPE, MDPE, LLDPE, Pharmaceutical Grade Polyethylene, Rotolining, PVC – Plastisol, and Ethylene Chlorotrifluoroethylene Copolymer.
As a company specializing in rotational molding, we handle the entire process, from designing and producing molds to selecting the appropriate material and carrying out the roto molding and assembly if required. Our custom-molded products are exported to approximately 10 countries worldwide.
